Remove the old Flashissue extension

Flashissue used to run inside Gmail through a Chrome extension. That extension is retired. Today you use Flashissue at app.flashissue.com, which connects to your Google/Gmail account. There's nothing to install to use Flashissue.

Remove a leftover extension

If you still have an old Flashissue Chrome extension that tries to open Flashissue inside Gmail, remove it:

1. Go to chrome://extensions in Chrome.
2. Find the old Flashissue extension and click Remove.

Removing it doesn't delete your Flashissue account, lists, templates or reports. They're all in the web app.

The optional web clipper (scissor icon) is separate. It only saves pages into Flashissue, so you can keep it if you use it.

Open app.flashissue.com and sign in with your Google account. If it won't load, see Flashissue won't open or is stuck loading.
