Flashissue won't open or is stuck loading¶
Flashissue runs in your browser at app.flashissue.com. It connects to your Google/Gmail account, but it no longer appears inside the Gmail interface. If you're looking for a Flashissue button in Gmail, open app.flashissue.com instead.
1. Go to app.flashissue.com¶
Bookmark app.flashissue.com and sign in with the Google account you use with Flashissue. Use an up-to-date browser on a desktop or laptop.
2. Can't sign in, or signed in to the wrong account¶
- Make sure you choose the Google account that has your Flashissue lists. See Logged into the wrong interface.
- If Google keeps asking for permission or sign-in loops, reset your Google permissions, then sign in again and allow the permissions.
3. Stuck on "Loading" or "Hold on a sec"¶
This is usually caused by blocked cookies, an old cached copy, or an expired Google permission:
- Turn on cookies for
[*.]flashissue.com. - Clear your browser cache and reload.
- Reset your Google permissions.
4. Flashissue looks squashed or "falls off" the screen¶
Your browser is probably zoomed in. Press Ctrl+0 (Windows) or Cmd+0 (Mac) to reset the zoom.
5. Try Incognito¶
If it still won't load, open app.flashissue.com in an Incognito window. If it works there, a browser extension is probably interfering. See Browser extensions that interfere with Flashissue.
