What is Flashissue?¶
Flashissue is an email newsletter tool built for Gmail and Google Workspace. You can design emails, build mailing lists from your Google Contacts, send to them, and track the results from one web app.
What you can do¶
- Design emails in a drag-and-drop editor with text, images, video, buttons and links. See Editor overview.
- Start from templates or save your own. See Templates.
- Build mailing lists from Google Contacts, Google Contact groups, CSV imports or addresses you add by hand. See Create a mailing list.
- Collect subscribers with a sign-up form. See Create an opt-in form.
- Curate web content. Add an RSS feed, clip a web page or paste a link, and Flashissue builds a short summary with an image and a link back to the original. See Web clipper.
- Track results: opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes. See Understanding your campaign report.
- Work as a team: share email credits, templates and mailing lists. See Team plans overview.
Where you use Flashissue¶
Open Flashissue in your browser at app.flashissue.com. It integrates with your Google/Gmail account: you sign in with Google, build lists from your Google Contacts, and send through your Gmail account where applicable. You don't use Flashissue from inside the Gmail interface.
