Clear cache, enable cookies & test in Incognito

Clear your browser cache

Flashissue updates often. Sometimes your browser keeps an old copy and new fixes don't show up.

In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data. Choose Cached images and files, then click Delete data. Reload app.flashissue.com.

Turn on cookies

If Flashissue is stuck on a loading screen, or you can't sign in even with the right account, cookies may be blocked.

In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies. Allow third-party cookies, or add [*.]flashissue.com to the sites that are allowed to use them. Then reload.

Test in Incognito mode

Incognito mode runs without your other extensions and with a fresh set of cookies, so it shows whether an extension or old browser data is causing the problem.

1. Open a new Incognito window.
2. If needed, allow third-party cookies for [*.]flashissue.com (see Turn on cookies). Incognito blocks them by default.
3. Go to app.flashissue.com and sign in.

If it works in Incognito but not in a normal window, an extension or cached data is likely interfering. Clear your cache, then see Browser extensions that interfere with Flashissue.
